By day, venture off to explore nearby islands by longtail boat from Rawai beach and in the evening pick a bar from where to enjoy a refreshing beverage. Rawai’s nightlife is quite lively where it even boasts a nightclub that stays open until the early hours.

Rawai borders the village of Ya Nui and the beachside town of Nai Harn, the location of one of the island’s favourite beaches. Ya Nui is a nature lover’s dream location with its hilly, jungle-clad landscape and small coved beach where snorkelling is superb among the boulders that surround the shores. Make sure to visit Promthep Cape, one of Phuket’s most famous viewpoints, which overlooks the Andaman Sea and is the perfect spot to watch the sunset.

Guests should note that Rawai is located approximately 45-60 minutes by taxi from Phuket International Airport, where the party town of Patong is just 20 minutes away and the delights of Phuket Town can be reached within 30 minutes.
